Description
This dual volumetric displacement piston filler has adjustable filling capacities from 5mL to 100mL. Simultaneously fills two containers, with precise and accurate fill levels. Designed with an anti-drip nozzle to prevent product loss and dripping onto the outside of the container. A foam avoidance nozzle is included to decrease foaming for products that tend to foam when dispersed. All contact parts are Stainless
Steel, and ideal for food, or pharmaceutical applications. Fill rates are dependent on fill volume and product viscosity at time of filling. A conservative rate of 15 fills per minute at a fill volume of 30mL with a Kinematic viscosity of 44MpA.s at 100 degrees F can be expected. Actual Fill rates and filling behavior subject to change.
